Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiAm ("the Service"), operated by Geeklab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiAm is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides text generation, image generation, code assistance, chatbot interactions, and related AI services through a web-based interface.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans with varying credit limits and features.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD.
  • Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
  • Create deepfakes, misinformation, or content designed to deceive
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or exploit the platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without authorisation

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content.
  • AiAm does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of generated content.
  • You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying AI provider terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Geeklab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiAm and Geeklab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
